Yha Levitt Smart Hostel - Sofia

The location and staff are awesome. The hostel in the same Vitosha boulevard, transportation, shopping.. It is the best place to stay if you like to eat, shop, or view the many historical venues that Sofia offers.

Levitt Hostel is in the middle of downtown,in Vitosha Street which is famous with bars&pubs.it's also close to any historical attraction points.Staff is very helpful and kind,I really liked it.Beds are comfortable and clean.Hostel is actually an apartment which is used as hostel but everything is ok.

Bathroom was flooded with clean water when I was staying but however there were 2 bathrooms,so it was not a big deal.

Localization and staff are excellent.

Still a work in progress as far as building work is concerned,but I still enjoyed my stay & will return. I think when the work is finished this could be the best hostel in Sofia

Friendly staff, good bedroom, clean and big

It is extremely well located on Vitosha Boulevard- close to sights, transport and many good restaurants. The staff were very friendly.

At the time of my visit there was no sign outside and it took a long time to find. It is behind the Green coffee restaurant on the second floor. Also there was no curtain in my room but I think that is because everything is so new.

The location was excellent with a lovely bar located on the ground floor (not the same owners) The vibe and layout were great too

The Levitt is a work in progress and still has some gaps to fill. The rooms are a bit too sparse, they need a rug, a bedside table & light for example, and re- arranging so they don't feel bare with the beds just filling the edges of the room, plus if the weather is cold,provide a little room heater. A kettle would be good in the kitchen and there should be mirrors in at least the bathroom. None of the above seem over the top considering the cost of the hostel. Maybe the price could be €15- 18 per room to be in keeping with the level of comfort / finish for now.

Bed was way too small and like concrete, cracked my head many times on the bathroom door!

everything was good but only the receptionnist who didin't speak english lucky for us we had a bulgarian friend who translated everything for us

We tried to check in at 3 but we ended up waiting outside the hostel because no one was there and they were not answering their phone for two hours (admittedly we only booked that morning) - still very annoying Beds are not very comfortable Charged 1 euro per hour after 2pm for baggage storage.
